STAY SAFE

These are uncertain, unseen times. You don't need us to to say that.
Best to all play a part and stay home where necessary and let this virus fuck off. Our webshop remains active and we're practising the safe guidelines and social distancing. Orders may take a little longer to arrive as our post office is working both reduced staff and reduced hours, so please bear that in mind if waiting on orders.
Whilst stuck on lockdown, we've been able to give the website some attention and much needed updates which is nice.
Other than that thank you for your continued support and most importantly stay safe.

UPDATE...

Time for a little update. Firstly apologies for the lack of posts on here. It's annoyed me a little that we'd not posted on here even for just a couple of months! But in this current climate, the likes of instagram and twitter are all more instant, quicker and easier to throw updates and posts out if we're honest. It does pose the question does anyone still read these type of blogs?
I thought about binning it, but then thought there's a nice archive on here going back some time so it's best to keep it going. We will update with anything relevant, but for release dates, new product and brand information you'll hear it first on the socials so please keep updated with those.
Anyway that's about it. Keep on keeping on.

CHRISTMAS POST & MORE MESSAGE...

Just that little festive reminder that the postal service is at it's busiest ever at Xmas and already feeling the weight of extra customers and thus items take longer to be delivered. For the record our last posting date to receive items before Xmas (UK only) is Weds 19th December. So get orders in before then! This is in line with Royal Mail guidelines. Please note: Overseas sales is significantly earlier and orders placed after the 9th Dec will be subject to extra time and delays to arrive.
We will continue to visit the post office as regularly as we can either side of a few days off and when it's open over the festive period.

Also we provide a size guide on everything we release, this is to prevent needless returns and also any items reduced or in the sale are non-returnable.
Other than that, please continue to keep an eye out for new release updates on here and the socials and if we don't say it again, even though it's early, have a good Christmas and be nice to each other.

TINTED LENS SPECIAL EDITION

Our famous 'Tinted Lens' tee, returns with a special added feature for this one.
Featuring the iconic CP Mille Miglia, originally designed by Massimo Osti, based on the racing driver's jacket of the same name. The 'goggle coat' has been worn on the terraces since the 80's. Originally based on artwork from around 15 years ago as seen on one of the original casual culture sites countylads.com this was the first t-shirt we ever did and helped saw the birth of our brand, long before the Goggles became to go-to coat for identikit lads. We believe this was the first t-shirt to reference the famous coat too, a tee that's been a best seller globally over the years. This one has the added new extra of special goggle details, stealth grey on a dead nice grey tee.

Online Thursday 22nd 7pm.

BURN IT DOWN...

This tee design (and shopper bag) was born out of creative ideas on our forum and acts as a tribute to our friend Bruce, a long-time supporter and associate of the CC brand. The item itself gives a subtle nod to several of Bruce’s lifelong loves, making a musical reference to a track which inspired him to follow a literary path, winding its way from his early adulthood to the present day.
Originally released as a Bernie Rhodes produced single titled Dance Stance - Burn It Down talks to ignorance of Irish heritage. A theme Wolverhampton born to Irish parents Kevin Rowland would visit throughout his whole career. The band, Dexy's Midnight Runners, unhappy with Rhodes production, revisited the song to kick off their debut LP Searching For The Young Soul Rebels. That first outing for the team that met in caffs inspired many Young Soul Rebels - none more so than a young Bruce Gorrie.
This release, is visually intertwined with the Kubrick Nam epic which starred Matthew Modine as Private Joker. Modine famously turned down the Tom Cruise role in Top Gun as it didn't sit well with his politics. Three politically savvy mavericks for the price of one.
AVAILABLE ON A TEE AND A TOTE BAG, THIS THURSDAY AT 7PM.
"Jimmy? Yeah? For God's sake - Burn it down!"
Huge thanks to Days Of Speed for the design and to Russ N' Pea.
